Refund Policy

Our policy regarding returns, refunds, and damaged shipments for our distribution partners.

1. General Policy

As a B2B distribution partner, Meriťva Logistics Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") handles returns and refunds based on individual distribution agreements. This general policy applies to all authorized partners unless otherwise specified in your specific contract.

2. Damaged or Defective Goods

Any claims for damaged or defective goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Partners must provide photographic evidence of the damage and a detailed report. Once verified, we will either replace the goods or issue a credit note.

3. Incorrect Shipments

If you receive a shipment that does not match your purchase order, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for the collection of incorrect items and the dispatch of the correct goods at our expense.

4. Expiry and Shelf Life

We guarantee a minimum shelf life for all products at the time of delivery as per our distribution agreement. Claims regarding near-expiry products must be made upon receipt of the shipment.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products (skincare and consumer health), items that have been opened, used, or have damaged retail packaging cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.
